I take pride in designing strategic, user-centered, and inspiring communications with people who want to make a positive impact.

As Senior Designer at Weill Cornell Medicine, I support the Marketing and Brand team as External Affairs’ first in-house, full-service designer. Since joining the team in 2024, I’ve enjoyed collaborating on enterprise-wide brand strategies while building relationships across departments on special projects ranging from clinical marketing to fundraising and development initiatives.

Previously, I was the Creative Director of Jessica Weber Design, Inc. (JWD), a boutique agency in New York City, where I led the design and production of all projects for over a decade. At JWD, we utilized design as a tool to reach the marketing and fundraising goals of our nonprofit clients. These meaningful projects nurtured my craft for visual storytelling and allowed me to work in a wide range of disciplines.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients including The American Museum of Natural History, Baruch College, Bob Woodruff Foundation, The Brooklyn Hospital Center, The City College of New York, Congregation Emanu-El of the City of New York, Dikembe Mutombo Foundation, Environmental Defense Fund, Hebrew Union College, Helen Keller International, The Juilliard School, The New York Academy of Medicine, The New York Blood Center, University Settlement, and World Food Program USA.

I grew up in Dallas-Fort Worth, where my background in visual arts led me to pursue a career in graphic design. After moving to New York and receiving my BFA in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design, I’ve been fortunate to rub elbows with some of the greatest design leaders today and collaborate with extraordinary marketing and nonprofit development professionals.

I enjoy both left- and right-brain thinking, meeting strategic objectives with the intrinsic satisfaction of good design. I have a knack for envisioning the big picture while reveling in the details that make a project truly successful.

While I work in New York City, I live in Beacon in the Hudson Valley with my husband, Adam Izen, where we enjoy making art and hiking with our rescue dog, Bucky.
